AN ANALYSIS OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE INVESTMENT INTERMEDIARIES IN BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: The investment intermediaries in Bulgaria operate in the conditions of a poorly developed market (insufficient number of investors and few public compa-nies). In determining their current status it is necessary to analyze various aspects of their nature and the need to perform an in-depth analysis of their financial condition. The purpose of this analysis is to identify some existing problems and to outline the prospects that the investment intermediaries in Bulgaria face. The financial indicators reveal their current condition. The establishment of the financial stability and the proba-bility of bankruptcy can be defined as a preventive measure to avoid negative conse-quences.
