Summary/Abstract: The article represents a synthesis, as well as an explanation, of the significant changes, both on the substance and on the procedures, to the unfair trade legislation, further to the Government Ordinance no.12/2014. This ordinance redefined the area of the unfair trade concept, new procedures have been introduced and the affected undertakings received additional instruments for countering the unfair trade activities.
