Summary/Abstract: columns of the new European patent system. This article is about a few considerations regarding the architecture of the Unitary Patent Court. We will make reference to the articles of the Unitary Patent Court Agreement in order to frame juridical opinions from the doctrine. The Unified Patent Court will have exclusive competence in respect of civil litigation on matters referring to European patents and European patents with unitary effect.
