Summary/Abstract: In this paper; the theoretical consideration which constitutes the basics of the project NEWAP (A New Approach by simultaneously learning of languages) is presented. The aim of the project is to facilitate to learn Finnish; Hungarian and Turkish at the same time by comparative approach and to strengthen a dialog among different countries and cultures through a new method. It is claimed that in the acquisition of a certain structure of a language Ln; learner uses the structure of the language which is typologically closest to Ln in previously acquired languages in the second language acquisition (see Fuller; 1999; Leung; 2003a; 2003b). On the other hand; since three languages share considerable similarities in respect to the values of the parameters in the Universal Grammar; the learners can set only one parameter for three languages. The similarities in the typology and parametric values between three languages may facilitate and speed up the learning process for the L2 learner.
