CRIMES RELATED TO THE USE OF SPECIAL RESOURCES IN THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: The use of the special means of surveillance is getting more and more popular in the last years, because the modern criminality needs its adequate resistance by the authorities. The use of these special means creates lots of theoretical and practical problems in different legal branches – Constitutional law, Criminal procedure, Criminal law, etc., because it offends basic human rights. The point of this research is the legislation of the crimes, connected with the use of special means of surveillance in the Bulgarian Penal Code. This is very important, because it is a part of the big problem, concerning protection of human rights and we must say the Bulgarian legislation in this direction needs to be examined in detail and improved.
