Summary/Abstract: The primary purpose of this paper is to uncover the basics of the process of transition. The main methods that we are using in this paper are the Content Analysis and the Comparative Method. Author in this paper examines complexity of the process of transition. The varied experiences of the countries going through the process of transition represent one of the most important set of economic and social experiments ever conducted, and should provide a rich opportunity for research both to understand the process of reform and to gain insights into their experience. The process of transition is very complex but inevitable in the socialistic societies, but this doesn’t mean that we must to carry out this process in every cost. We must be very careful if we want to successfully get to the end of this process. The limited success of this process shows that we must be consistent in applying the lessons of scientific studies and experiences of other countries if we want to successfully overcome transition.
