Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the draft law of 11 July 2013 on the Constitutional Tribunal, which was introduced to the parliament by the President. The Author presents the circumstances and the manner of preparing the draft, the main assumptions and changes in the attitude to the proposed regulation presented in the Sejm by main political parties.
