Summary/Abstract: Since the main goal of patent is stimulating inventions in this text some other methods, which can be useful in achieving this goal, are discussed. In this case, it could be implemented in the direct way because it is not always made as a result of invention protection. This fact allows to presume that using these direct methods would be much more effective. Some issues require reference to innovation policy and prestige.
