Summary/Abstract: Political representatives of most important member- states of the European Union have announced to public audience that the politics of multiculturalism in the Union has failed. Public opinion research polls conducted in France and Germany have shown an increase of anti- Islamism, which caused the General Secretary of the United Nations Ban Ki- moon to publicly say that “statements of some politicians that Muslims do not accept and violate European values are ungrounded.” However, it seems that Ban Ki- moon is wrong about this. An analysis have shown that there are things to blame in case of both sides of the conflict – Westerners for their imperialist politics and Muslims for their non- acceptance of integration and insisting on uniqueness. All the public opinion researches have shown that the Muslims in the European Union do not accept European culture, that they impose their own one and that wherever they can do they impose a legal order on the basis of Sheriat. This causes different anti- Islamic moods that have been manifested by a series of prohibitions of public street prayers, wearing Hijab (veil) and building of Minarets. So far the European Union member-state governments have not had an appropriate (ideological) answer to the so- called Islamist threat. The Europeans have not considered the Islam to be attractive. On the contrary, according to the public opinion researches they were afraid of it and with the increase of the talk on terrorism with the attribute of “Islamist” attached to it their fear has been heightened. Since in liberal democracy people have no other choice but to make a mistake and “escape” from the Muslims, they gave them opportunities to make ghettos. However, these ghettos have been expanding creating concentric circles toward periphery both in time and space. In this way there are created preconditions for the Sheriat law to be applied to these ghettos instead of the state laws. Next step is autonomy of the territory in question and then the “prepossession” of a larger territory which either gets separated from the state or is kept for further prepossession and Islamization of the whole state territory.
