Summary/Abstract: Being not much of a reader – it becomes more actual problem of modern world. It’s a great problem of a few scientific disciplines -cultural, anthropological and scientific problem. In that way general knowledge of languages and standard language won’t be on high level, as well as literacy, education, rati-onal and analytic spirit. The latest researches show that everyday reading and learning contribute longevity of lifetime. There are many reasons for “book antagonism” and researchers indicate missing leisure, amusement offered by media, especially TV. Expansive book and market economy “kill literary culture” giving priority to commercial editions and writers of these works, but deep and professional works are marginal, authors of such works are slured.They are not payed adequately for their intellectual work and so disappears their interest in intellectual working. Adequate state policy missed, first of all by Ministry of Culture. Serios factors are globalisation and promote of foreign rafinements.
