Summary/Abstract: In the activities of the companies there are some types of business correspondence, which may not appear so important at first sight, but they have a significant role regarding the good development of the company`s activity. From here I have chosen the record and the letter of reference for a closer study. The record is important, because everything discussed in a meeting has to be written down. Letters of reference are always important, especially when you change your workplace.
