Summary/Abstract: The following paper deals with a topic of current interest-that of the family house protection within the consumer’s legislative and case law framework. This type of study involves references to the European Court of Justice Jurisprudence and to the national remedies that can be used by the credit consumer who is interested to oppose to the enforcement procedures, mostly in the event of the unfair terms in the contract concluded with the credit institution.
