Summary/Abstract: Current records registry in bankruptcy is very threatened, largely because bankruptcy administration inherits disordered state of the material and wants the same released as soon as possible. To archive this signals to be actively involved in the process of taking over these materials. Because so far the Law on bankruptcy did not assign funds for this purpose, it is necessary that the bankruptcy judge and the competent archives submit a proposal to the Federal Minister of Justice who is required within three months (according to the Law on Bankruptcy no 237) to issue regulations on fees which include the obligation of insurance costs for these purposes.
