Evaluation of the labour market by students from high schools

Summary/Abstract: This article present opinion high school students of the labor market. Article review and present data young people on the labor market. Describe the problem of discrepancy between expectations of young people who are not start to work (and not permanently connected to the labour market), and the expectations of employers. Main source which presents problems in this article is a report of the Regionalne Obserwatorium Łódzkiego Rynku Pracy entitled „Świadomość wyboru zawodu wśród uczniów szkół w województwie łódzkim”. Data from the report show respondent’s expectations – high school students – in relation to the labor market and get to know how respondents sees the labour market covered by the report. Information from the report were presented the background data on unemployment in Poland and the Lodz in conjuction with the situation of young people in the labor market.
