THE FIGHT AGAINST CRIME – SOME ASPECTS CONSTITUTIONALLY – LEGAL

Summary/Abstract: One of the main tasks of the authorities is to ensure public safety and order. The associated state of emergency with particular attention being defined structure and dynamics of crime and the incidence of other social pathologies.
