Summary/Abstract: The following article presents a segmentation analysis of early school education teachers, who in their opinions referred to these components of inclusive education which determine its quality. The distinguished groups of teachers – Flexible, Organizing, Including and Integrating Teachers – indicated these spaces of inclusion that do not require changes and those which need correction to target the idea of inclusion implemented and continued by the local community and finally the society in which a disabled person will perform specific social roles. Anticipated and indicated by particular groups of teachers, the changes relate to teachers themselves and their proper preparation to work with students with diverse educational needs, a personalized approach to each student, the flexibility of the teachingcurriculum and the broad terms of education, with special emphasis on the teacher’s relations and cooperation with parents.
