Summary/Abstract: The author presents the need for development of psychological assistance among children and adolescents in educational institutions of the Republic of Moldova, that been determined in the research and project of development “Mechanisms and methodology of consulting and counseling of the process of personality development in modern socio-cultural context”. In this article are highlighted the existing issues in the psychological service system, as well as psychological problems which facing the common actors of educational process, opportunities and directions of development.
