Summary/Abstract: This article reveals the psychological aspects of mentoring relationship that constitutes the foundation of successful mentoring. The mentor behaviors characterizes and directly influence the approaches of mentoring activity. Commonly, it is argued that successful path of mentoring relationship are based on adult knowledge of psychosocial development vectors, at different stages of life.
