Summary/Abstract: The article aims present the latest issues on largely discussed in international scientiic papers on predicting burnout factors in organizations. A diversity of opinions regarding burnout deinition is provided along with major factors leading to that. The researched phenomenon is emphasized on the positive site as work engagement and as burnout on the adverse state, by changing the focus related to burnout on the continuum of professional afluence. Building upon a complex model of burnout as a dissension between person and work environment, the structured approach of predicting factors of organizational burnout is expressed by terminology from sixareas which display an increased incongruity of work activities. Such areas being deined as: workload, work activity control, reward, community, fairness and values. The information can be useful for industrial organizational psychologists and other professionals dealing with issues related to the professional wellbeing of employees. It draws attention on the complex nature of burnout phenomenon and on the necessity of a comprehensive preventive programs aimed to build work engagement and to diminish the negative consequences of burnout, based on a preliminary diagnosis of organizational burnout factors. The attempts to cope with burnout phenomenon by sessions of short unsystematic activities, unproductive and futile trainings, became a quite common practice in the institutional context of the Republic of Moldova.
