Summary/Abstract: Games played by intelligence agencies do not differ from games played by various players in the contemporary world. Transactional analysis provides a specific model of an interpersonal game described by formula G. An ulterior and masked aspect of a transactional game together with its subsequent stages closely correspond to the recruitment process employed by intelligence agencies when they recruit new agents
