Summary/Abstract: The problems include passwords in archival information systems that are extensive, they require of their creator effort not only for their creation, in the strict sense, but primarily because they have to follow the procedures that can be determined in the following steps: - Generate passwords based on the determined content, - Searching for the current equivalent of the term in the system, - Checking the contents of a found a clue to the newly generated concept. - Note of discovered clues as independent entities in the system of describing archival materials. The reason for the creation and connection passwords with content of archival material in the process of editing archival work should not be understood only as an aid at the end of the list of index or as a list of passwords by itself and the like, but above all as a means of organizing expertise. Properly implemented password and constructed lists of passwords give us in archival theory and practice another dimension which we have used as a tool to establish and maintain meaningful connections among archival workers and professionals with other areas for the general progress of science and behavior.
