Summary/Abstract: The new Constitution adopted in 1991 (art. 44) sets out a number of guaranteeswith respect to the private ownership right, so that the content and limits of this right are set outunder special laws. The Constitution expressly provides that the private ownership right is equallyguaranteed and protected by the law, regardless of the holder of such right.
