Summary/Abstract: Annex to the control protocol is a means of correction of the findings of the inspection report. The legislature, however, did not provide such a document, even though there is no doubt the possibility of erroneous findings in the inspection. Article is to examine the current legal situation, enriched with attention de lege ferenda.
