Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the changes that have occurred in the Labour code regulations concerning employment relations established under a nomination. The author assesses the importance of the Labour code in this matter, addresses the disputes concerning the legal nature of the employment relations established under a nomination and the act of nomination itself, especially in the context of art. 11 of the Labour code. He also raises doubts about the legitimacy of maintenance of this employment base in future legislation.
