A selection of cultural events in the district Bieszczady and their impact on the development of tourism in the region

Summary/Abstract: Bieszczady County has long attracted crowds of tourists, not only due to the outstanding tourist attractions, but also a rich calendar of cultural and entertainment events, which contributes to the attractiveness of the region, and strengthens the position of the area against the province and the country. This work will bring the influence of selected cultural events - entertainment for the development of tourism in the district Bieszczady. The work outs are not only popular events recognizable in Poland, but less known. A multitude of events organized for the threnody district attracts tourists not only in summer but also in winter. The varied terrain and high altitude relative allows you to organize a number of sporting events and leisure activities, so that each participant has something for everyone ranging from amateur to professional. The rich historical past and preserved cultural traditions enabled the opening of ancient events which today have proven very popular. Thanks to the work we know some aspects affecting the development of cultural and entertainment events, on the basis of accommodation, catering and tourist management.
