Summary/Abstract: Organizational potentiality can be understood as the nature of manifesting and annihilating processes of endless events (organizational entity). However, their appearances are directly correlated with and depend on the interpreting process. According to the postmodernism methodology in any research game, a crucial role plays the degree of watchfulness, mindfulness and awareness of participating interpreter (also observer and researcher). In the article was emphasized that the classical researching methodology and methods are not any more adequate for investigating highly virtualizing, digitalizing and dematerializing organizational events and products. In order to do so, the research field perception has to be reunified (liberate) from fallowing relations that classically are present within it: perceived object, perceived subject and researching process. In that way can be understood the state of non-dual perception, adequate for detecting “empty beings”. The ontological fundamental of this methodological approach is based on the emptiness philosophy, that according to authors point of view, is promising for reflecting such intangible, abstractive, imaginative and momentary nature of modern organizational phenomena.
