Summary/Abstract: The article deals with some aspects of spiritual and moral culture of the future specialist. It highlights the fact that the phenomenon of spiritual and creative potential of students should be considered in the context of their social potential, taking into account economic, professional, qualification. The author relying on the research achievements of scientists analyzes the theoretical aspects of spiritual and moral culture, determines the necessity of its formation and development in the structure of not only teachers training, but also any profile expert. It is proved that moral education forms common to the society standards of the behavior. Accordingly future specialist training in terms of higher education institutions should include spiritual and moral competence education, which be resulted in getting well-educated, skillful, intelligent, moral, of high mental values specialist. Being competent specialist includes the ability based on acquired knowledge and skills to navigate efficiently in everyday life and work. The article concludes that the demands of the modern, competitive world are so high and they are constantly changing, that the specialist has no right or chance of being out of professional field. It is essential to be under the constant process of self development and improvement of the already possessed skills. The article states that the research of the definite scientific problem makes it possible to argue about the need and feasibility of the formation of spiritual and moral competence – a quality indicator of personal development of each specialist.
