Summary/Abstract: Stimulating children’s moral and social development is an essential task for both parents and teachers. Education before the age of 6 is important in particular. The following problems are present in this area: 1) Teachers lack the time to engage in pupils’ problems. They are occupied with their duties: organizing their work, writing a documentation, or improving their qualifications. Therefore, taking more obligations would be too hard for them. 2) Teachers feel that they are constantly verified and evaluated not only by superiors, but by pupils and parents as well. 3) Most teachers find very difficult to talk with parents about their children. They are very cautious when it comes to give an advice. They are afraid of being considered as incompetent or helpless.
