Summary/Abstract: The article shows the reconstruction of “element” of the linguistic image of the world of pre-school children (mainly five- year- old) in the range of their perception, categorization and conceptualization of adulthood and adults. The way to reach this vision are semantic analyses of specific texts (statements) of children, resulting from free verbal expression. They reveal not only external linguistic disposition, typical for that biolect, but according to assumptions of cognitive (anthropological) linguistics, also “internal potential”, connotative one, indicating the perception and valuation of social space by children. With the help of language it is possible not only to name but also valorize and create reality due to a certain point of view and the prospect. Examined statements about adults exemplify subjective, natural and true way of understanding and depicting surroundings.
