Summary/Abstract: Technological changes in modern society draw up presumptions for the discussion: whether to follow classical principles of Natural law or create new ones based on Utilitarian arguments and human rights? Dominative Positivistic law and its discourse purposive independence from the facts keep open questions about the legal objectives and purpose. However, these answers can be found in the principles of Natural law. This article analyses the classical meaning of Natural law as well as stages of its formation, the background of Positivistic Law appearance and possible interaction between these two Law doctrines.
