Summary/Abstract: Human Resources Management plays significant part in the organization. Currently, there is a special place in the service companies operating in conditions of increased customer demand for the quality of services. Proper management of human potential is nowadays a requirement for flexible adaptation to the changing environment in order to achieve the success of the business. By far the most important asset of any organization is the man, his knowledge, skills and competencies. It should be appreciated and properly developed. Human Resources Management at the strategic level can prepare the organization for the prevention of future staffing problems associated with the negative impact of megatrends, such as: demographic, educational, technological, etc. The purpose of this article is to present the theoretical aspects of human resources management and implementation of new solutions in the personnel policy as an example of a service company “A”. The personnel decisions will be adequate to the changes taking place in the environment.
