Summary/Abstract: The era of reducing art to material world was a movement of revelation for Dziga Vertov by descovering the cineeye as a "natural cinema beyond any scenario". In his opinion the human eye has just the ability to perceive immedaite reality without recording it, which is the specific process of the human mind only. This has as a result the superiority of the cineeye which, besides visual perceptions ability, also receives mental valances. It becomes in fact the universal mind of the world which translates the represented illusion.
