Summary/Abstract: The purpose of research is to analyze the labor market in Romania in the context of EU integration, and improve its flexibility. The main objective is to identify methods of investigation, avoid or mitigate the problems of the black labor market of Romania as a member state of the European Union, with emerging market, with perspective of full integration into the labor market in the European Union.
