Summary/Abstract: A veteran dramatic adviser in the Slovak National Theatre drama and an associate of the director Peter Haspra is in his study is intending on Haspras perception of a female element in theatrical art. Using an example of his private, civilian relation to two prominent Slovak actresses, Viera Strniskova and Sofia Valentova, and subsequently through dramatic characters Haspra had entrusted to these actresses in his stagings, the author is studying the inner emotional dimension of these stagings, and is observing that Haspra was a type of director who perceived a dramatic situation emotionally through his ,,heart" and only then was looking for rational ways and possibilities how to create them into a peculiar and distinctive form. The author is illustrating the method Pavol Haspra was using on various examples of specific stagings, and is generalizing, that it is mainly spontaneity in relation to a dramatic text and emotionality used to reveal emotional dimensions which often remained concealed for others, that represent typical features of Haspra's position of a dramatic advisor and director.
