AKMEOLOGY IN THE SYSTEM OF THE SCIENCES ABOUT HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the theoretical and methodological assumptions of akmeology - the science of human development. Sources of this discipline, which originates the Russian psychology and pedagogy are also shown. The content of the concept akme was discussed, as well as the ability to use it in the study of the development process (including professional). The akmeology place in the system of sciences of human development has been marked. The factors and conditions for achieve a state of akme - the high point of of human development have been analyzed, detailing professional development.
