Summary/Abstract: Article points out features of the financial market as an economic phenomenon but based on regulations of the market. Recognized are variable factors on the financial market in the context of the necessary evolution of the financial market law. The law of the financial market should reflect the fundamental features of the financial market, including the regulated market (stock exchange). The specificity of financial market organization is the mandatory professional mediation. The answer to the nature of the market is an autonomous approach to financial market law, which introduces separate concepts and techniques of transactions and their settle- ment. The article discusses the financial market and its components as well as the dynamic law applicable to the developing market.
