The future of the labor market appears to be linked to the continuous growth of employee’s competence. Employers' expectations revolve around professional usefulness, which is the correlation between resources and abilities of an individual and the requirements of working environment. Professional usefulness becomes a key criterion for an employer who checks the filling and solving of professional tasks by an employee on a specific position. But it is not only the function of vocational training, but it is constantly evolving over the entire period of work.
