Summary/Abstract: The Directorate-General for Translation of the European Commission is the largest and the most complex translation service in the world. Its workflow is based on a unique set of translation tools ensuring the good functioning of an operation producing over a million pages per year: administration and documentation tools, as well as translation tools (terminology tools and translation memory technology).
