Summary/Abstract: The work of the probation officer for juveniles is tidied up with appropriate legal documents.However chaotic action is written down into the repair work and in spite of regulations which aredescribing the appropriate form of the execution of tasks, directly are touching practical actionscarried out with charge. Because we are dealing with unordered, diverse world of the customer –persons of the juvenile and families.
