Summary/Abstract: The issue of which political system is the most appropriate for the Turkey and the issue of which political system if it was applied is more democratic, stable, effective way to manage to the Turkey have been extensively discussed in the academic circles both in the political circles. The main aim of this article by examining the presidential system is to analyse its positive and negative aspects and to look for the answer to the applicability of the presidential system to Turkey.
