Summary/Abstract: The objective of the paper is to present the results of two research of risk related factors connected with online shopping. Both surveys used an on-line interactive survey questionnaire and were conducted on a sample of 493 and 532 participants respectively. The researches were conducted on the time span of a two years that separated both parts of the research. Therefore, it was possible not only to diagnose the relevance of different factors that influence the perception and the level of the risk, but also to evaluate their changes in time. The study revealed the increase of the level of trust in online shopping, as well as the escalation of the uncertainty about the privacy and the safety of a product delivery.
