PREPARATION OF GRADUATES OF PEDAGOGICAL STUDIES FOR SOCIALLY AGENTIVE ACTIVITIES

Summary/Abstract: The article raises the issue of preparation of graduates of pedagogical (non-teacher training) studies for socially agentive activities. In the first place the applied terminological explanations have been given, then an analysis of the results of the author’s own research concerning the assessment by practicing educators of their preparation gained at university studies to perform socially agentive activities have been made, in the final part suggestions of changes in the educator training system, which can make their preparation for socially agentive activities more effective, have been presented.
