Summary/Abstract: Felinski lived in 19th century. Nowadays he is known as a friend of Juliusz Slowacki, as the saint archbishop of Warsaw and he is being known as a writer. In 1863 he was arrested and banished to Jaroslaw near Wolga river in Russia. He wrote many literary works there. Nowadays we know only part of them: poems and two narrative poems: Prakseda and Oskar i Wanda. These two longer texts refer to romanticism. They also diverge from the others romantic works because of Christian philosophy. Felinski has been writing his poems as a servant of God. He has made women play a part in the change of men. Oskar and Rogier realized that suffering make sense if they believe in Providence.
