Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to identify factors influencing the reduction of turnover intention. The study was conducted on a group of 501 randomly selected employees of Polish organizations. Multiple linear regression analysis made it possible to create a model of the effect of environmental factors working on a declaration of turnover intention. The results indicate the importance of job satisfaction and affective commitment as well as professional continuance commitment for turnover intention.
