Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of implementation of natural and technical sciences’ achievements in criminal judicial system. There have been determined the main aim of systematic scientific and technical situation analysis which is concluded in determining on the background of growing crime forecasts. It also touches upon the main directions of improving criminalistic means and methods, the results of which are used in current planning of scientific developments. As a result of the given research, there have been worked out suggestions on introducing the system of an expert forecasting of newly occurred means of fulfilling expert activities and expert determining of its signs.
