Summary/Abstract: The article presents the selected economic problems and migration problems in the United Union, against the background of global economic crisis. The paper presented the elements of the development organizations, and the economics effects in recent years, and the transmission of global economic effects to UE, caused also by big corporations. On the basis of economics and social statistics data, reached conclusions concerning UE. There are in the paper also, aspect of development of enterprises in theoretical and the global environment.
