Economic slowdown and problems with public debt in the world in the light of statistical data

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents world’s social-economic data with the correlation analysis and the role of state influencing the management of company at the time of economic slowdown and high public debt. The influence of state in economy is very important, but its range has to find grounds in a reliable assessment of economic situation, collected source as well as monitored material. The significance of corporations and corporate governance as well as the role of stakeholders (and the state) in the management of a company is stressed in the paper. The necessity of building the economic regulations to guarantee economic stability is emphasized too.
