Summary/Abstract: The goal of this work was presenting the idea of gamification and the possibilities of using it in the management of relations with the purchasers of sport – leisure services. Taking into account current research results, considering the forms of spending free time, pro –healthy lifestyle, the trend of being fit, searching different ways of fulfilling these needs, it is worth to notice the potential of gamification. The conception which has been recognized as one of the biggest discoveries of marketing and is more often used in the building relations with customers, can be used in the sport- leisure services successfully. There is an example of using gamification in the fitness club for women.
