The study of artistic conflict in the historical novel „The Castle of Senarega Brothers” by Anatol Kogan

Summary/Abstract: Based on the historical novel „Замок братьев Сенарега” (The Castle of Senarega Brothers) by Anatol Kogan, the article examines the types of artistic conflicts, their development and resolution. As our research shows, in large format literary works, for example, historical novels, the combination and synthesis of various conflicts is observed. Real conflict,achieving the form of an artistic conflict in the historical novel, turns into an exponent of the author’ ideas.
