Summary/Abstract: This article presents the Association of Slovenians Tuzla (the Association of Slovenians Tuzla) and their actions during the war. Also, we presents archival material which received in the home country by correspondence. What will happen to the material, which will remain with the creators, outside of homeland? Office of the Republic of Slovenia is at home and abroad in cooperation with the city's Institute of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SRC SASA) prepared several seminars for immigration registrar (the last was from 17 May to 24 May 2004). At these seminars, participants supplement their knowledge in the field of collecting, recording and storage of archival, library and museum material of their ancestors. They visited important institutions in Slovenia engaged in activities of this kind. The intention of this article is that the members of the Slovenian companies and their archivists warn about importance of archival material in order to preserve for their descendants within the Company or in some professional archive.
